Our name
Amana means trust
In Hausa, Swahili and Arabic, amana describes something precious that is placed in someone's care, together with the promise to look after it well. It is the standard we hold ourselves to with every garment.
A gown for your wedding, an outfit for a family celebration, a suit for an important meeting: each one carries meaning for the woman who wears it. When you trust us with it, we listen carefully, measure precisely and sew with patience, so that what you receive is exactly what you hoped for.
Every body is different, which is why we never work from standard sizes. Whether you are petite, tall, curvy or somewhere in between, your clothes are drafted to fit you.
